Spruce Saddle Restaurant is located at the top of Centennial Express Lift and is open for lunch November - April as well as May through September. It is the perfect location for group lunches and family gatherings. They serve natural, hormone-free meats and poultry from Coleman as well as organic dairy products from Horizon Organic. The Spruce Saddle Restaurant participates in environmental initiatives and will continue to conserve their natural resources through recycling, using recycled contents and using water and electricity efficiently.
